The round platinum gray fabric ceiling light PURO by BPS Koncept places a ring of light, warm gray fabric on the ceiling. Its ring-shaped, double-walled shade spreads a soft light and gives the light fixture a light look. Available in 50 or 60 cm diameter, it takes 2 E27 bulbs and mounts directly to the ceiling. An elegant light fixture, all in nuances.

A platinum gray ceiling light, between gray and beige

This platinum gray ceiling light sits halfway between gray and beige. Its light, slightly warm shade avoids the coldness of a classic gray. The structured fabric reveals a fine weave, which gives the shade some grain and makes it slightly translucent.

When lit, the fabric warms up and spreads a soft light. When off, it stays discreet, almost tone on tone with a light ceiling. Platinum gray goes with white, taupe, wood or linen, and links furniture of different shades.

A fabric ring in 50 or 60 cm

The designer ceiling light PURO comes in two sizes: S, 50 cm in diameter, and M, 60 cm. In both cases, the shade is 15 cm high, for a total height of 18 cm once the light fixture is installed. The S suits a bedroom, an office or a kitchen. The M fits in a living room or above a dining room table.

The shade is a double-walled cylinder covered in a structured fabric. This ring shape lightens the volume and lets the light spread softly, without glare. The metal mounting plate, painted white, disappears against the ceiling. Each ceiling light is handmade in Poland by BPS Koncept.

Which bulbs for this E27 ceiling light?

The PURO ceiling light takes 2 bulbs with an E27 base, with a maximum power of 40 W each. The bulbs are not included, which leaves the choice of color and intensity. E27 LED bulbs are compatible and more than sufficient: warm white creates a restful atmosphere in a bedroom or a living room, neutral white gives a sharper light in a kitchen or an office.

Rated IP20, this model is intended for the dry rooms of the home. The electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician.

In which room should you install this fabric ceiling light?

In the living room, this living room ceiling light provides the main lighting and spreads an even light throughout the room. In a bedroom, its light softened by the fabric contributes to a calm atmosphere.

In a kitchen or an office, two neutral white bulbs provide the brightness needed day to day. Above a dining room table, the large size lights meals without dropping into the field of view.
