Ceiling Light | PURO (Violet)

The round purple fabric ceiling light PURO by BPS Koncept brings a ring of fabric in a bold shade to the ceiling. Its ring-shaped, double-wall shade diffuses a soft light and gives the light fixture a light, airy look. Available in 50 or 60 cm diameter, it takes 2 E27 bulbs and mounts directly on the ceiling. An original light fixture that gives the room character.

A purple ceiling light for a touch of color

This purple ceiling light is for those who want to step away from neutral tones. The structured fabric gives the purple a depth that a smooth surface would not: its weave shades the color and keeps it from looking garish. On the ceiling, the ring becomes a true decorative element.

When lit, the fabric lightens and diffuses a soft, slightly tinted light. When off, it remains an accent of color that catches the eye. Purple goes well with white, gray, beige or light wood, and pairs nicely with a cushion, a curtain or a rug in the same tones.

A fabric ring in 50 or 60 cm

The PURO designer ceiling light comes in two sizes: S, 50 cm in diameter, and M, 60 cm. In both cases, the shade is 15 cm high, for a total height of 18 cm once the light fixture is in place. The S suits a bedroom, an office or a kitchen. The M fits in a living room or above a dining room table.

The shade is a double-wall cylinder covered in a structured fabric. This ring shape lightens the volume and lets the light diffuse softly, without glare. The white-painted metal mounting plate blends into the ceiling. Each ceiling light is handmade in Poland by BPS Koncept.

Which bulbs for this E27 ceiling light?

The PURO ceiling light takes 2 bulbs with an E27 base, with a maximum power of 40 W each. The bulbs are not included, which leaves you free to choose the color and intensity. E27 LED bulbs are compatible and more than sufficient: warm white creates a restful atmosphere in a bedroom or living room, while neutral white gives a crisper light in a kitchen or office.

Rated IP20, this model is intended for the dry rooms of the home. The electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician.

In which room should you install this fabric ceiling light?

In the living area, this living room ceiling light provides the main lighting and spreads an even light throughout the room. In a bedroom, its light, softened by the fabric, contributes to a calm atmosphere.

In a kitchen or office, two neutral white bulbs provide the clarity needed for everyday life. Above a dining room table, the large size lights meals without dropping into the field of vision. Combined with wall sconces, a floor lamp or a table lamp, it creates lighting from several points, more comfortable than a single source.

Purple fabric, ring shape, two diameters to choose from: the PURO round ceiling light by BPS Koncept brings color and character. An original light fixture, at home in a minimalist or Scandinavian interior.
